Which immunizations are required?
Medications at Mehlville High School:
- All prescription medication(s) must be in the original container with a current pharmacy label.
- All as-needed or over-the-counter medication needs to be in the original container, preferably unopened.
- E-Forms are required for all medication to be distributed at school.
Contact us once you have completed the online form to schedule a time for you to bring the medicine(s) to campus.
